树脂基复合材料增韧的新途径——相迁移增韧技术 被引量:1

New Approach to Toughening Resin Matrix Composites——Phase Migration Toughening

摘要 对复合材料常用增韧技术的特点进行了综合分析,在此基础上提出了一种全新的树脂基复合材料增韧技术——相迁移增韧,在大幅提高复合材料韧性的同时,又保持了预浸料良好的工艺性,经在环氧和双马复合材料体系中的工程化应用,表明相迁移增韧技术是树脂基复合材料增韧的一个有效途径。 Based on analyzing the characteristics of common toughening techniology,a new toughening technology of resin matrix composites —phase migration toughening is proposed.While improving toughness of composites greatly,phase migration toughening technology keeps good processability of prepregs.Engineering applications of phase migration toughening technology in epoxy and bismaleimide composites systems demonstrate that it is an effective toughening approach to resin matrix composites.
