摘要
本文叙述了气体保护钎焊的机理和工艺方法,系统分析了影响航空发动机整流器钎焊质量的诸多因素,对钎焊过程中产生的缺陷进行了分析,采取了针对性的措施,使整流器钎焊的一次合格率由49.3%提高到80.7%。
The mechanism and technology of gas protective brazing is discussed. A series of factors that affected brazing quality of aeroengine rectifier is analyzed systematically, and reasons forming brazing defects are studied. By means of taking corresponding measures, the rate of qualified products is increased from 49.3% to 80.7%.
