摘要
开裂问题一直是水泥基材料研究领域中的热点,特别是因非荷载作用引起的早期开裂问题近些年尤其受到关注。自由收缩值不能直接用于评价水泥基材料的抗裂性能,试验必须在约束条件下进行。本文主要对国内外水泥基材料的约束收缩开裂敏感性试验评价方法进行了总结和评述。研究表明:水泥基材料抗裂性的研究取得了一定的进展,但是,鉴于导致开裂因素的复杂性,要定量评价水泥基材料的抗裂性,还需从材料学、力学、热学和数学乃至仿生学等交叉学科入手,做大量研究工作。
Nowadays,the researches were more focusing on the cracking problem of concrete materials in the world,structaral cracking in the early-age due to non-loading,especially.It had been proved that the free shrinkage can't be used to evaluate crack resistance of concrete directly and the evaluation experiments should be carried out under restrained circumstance.So that the evaluation methods of cracking sensitivity of cement-based materials were summarized and discossed. The results show that research on cracking sensitivity of cement-based materials had been improved to cenain;however,due to the complexity of cracking factors,the quantitative evaluation on crack resistance property many researches around material science,mechanics,thermodynamics and mathematics,even bionics will be done.
