摘要
本文采用ASTMC1202导电量法与"显色法"相结合,对大掺量磨细矿粉混凝土内Cl-的渗透性进行了研究,发现大量磨细矿粉是混凝土水化密实和固化Cl-的物质基础。大量磨细矿粉混凝土内Cl-渗透性比普通混凝土降低4~5倍,能有效遏止Cl-对钢筋的电化学腐蚀,可以成倍地延缓钢筋锈蚀的时间。磨细矿粉粉体材料在混凝土抗海水腐蚀方面有优越的性能表现。
With the combination of the method of ASTMC 1202 electric conduction and the method of displaying colors,the paper has made research on the Cl^- osmosis of the large amounts of mixed with mini-mineral powder concrete,found lots of mini-mineral powder is the material basis of close-grained concrete and absorbing the Cl^-.and the decrease of the Cl^- osmosis is 4~5 times as that in common concrete,and can effectively pevent steel from electric-chemical corrosion by the Cl^-;it can delay the time of the steel corrosion in multiple.The mini-mineral powder can function excellently in respect to anti-seawater corrosion.
