摘要
矿渣微细粉商品混凝土,具有早期强度低、后期强度高的特点。将其应用于蒸汽养护混凝土预制构件中,会使矿渣微细粉的耐热性能得以充分发挥,不仅混凝土的后期强度不降低,而且混凝土早期强度也能明显提高,弥补了矿渣微细粉混凝土早期强度偏低的不足。本文介绍了矿渣微细粉在蒸养混凝土预制构件中应用的研究过程,通过试验和实际应用效果观察,论证了矿渣微细粉在蒸汽养护混凝土预制构件中应用所具有的良好性能及其实用价值。同时也指出了矿渣微细粉在实际应用中的某些缺陷及对生产工艺的影响,有待于今后进一步研究改善。
The ready mixed concrete with slag powder has features of low-early-strength and high-late-stength.The application of this kind of concrete in steam curing precast components can make the heat resistance of slag powder yield well.Heat resistance will not only reduce late-strength,but also improve early strength and remedy the low-early-strength of slag powder concrete.It introduces researching process,expounds and proves the perfect property and practical value about slag powder using in steam-cured concrete precast components through trials and actual effects in the thesis.It also points out some shortcomings and consequences on producing technology to be improved improved in future.
