摘要
工程建设过程中的高风险使得办理保险成为防范风险的重要而有效的措施。在合同中,对诸如工程、设备、财产、人员等的保险事宜通常需要做出评细规定,本文对FIDIC"新黄皮书"第18条【保险】的内容进行了详细分析,内容包括:有关保险的一般要求、工程和承包商设备的保险、人员伤害和财产损害险以及承包商人员的保险。
During construction of the Works, insurance is an important and efficient method against the high risks from many aspects. In project contract, it is usual to specify in detail the insurance of works, plants, property and persons. This paper makes a detailed analysis on Clause 18 [Insurance] of FIDIC New Yellow Book, inclusive of general requirements for insurance, insurance for works and contractor’s equipment, insurance against injury to persons and damage to property and insurance for contractor’s personnel.
