随着信息化在各行各业的不断推进,信息系统工程建设中也开始引入第三方监理制度。在信息系统工程建设中引入监理机制,不但能保证工程的质量和进度,而且有效地保护了建设方的利益。本文简要介绍了信息系统工程设备监理的特点,重点探讨了信息系统工程设备监理的主要内容和方法,及个人从事设备监理的经验与体会。

Along with the informationization in various area, our country starts to carry out the consultation system. It is very helpful and important to improve the quality of the information system project, and at the same time to hit the schedule. It also protects the benefit of the investor. This article talks about the feature and principal contents of information system consultation. Simultaneously it is introducing author’s experience in the consultation.
