对施工分包商的安全生产实施有效管理是工程总承包企业按期完成工程任务和保障工程安全的重要途径。本文从完善与工程总承包相关的法律法规体系、提高工程总承包企业安全管理水平、慎重选择施工分包商、如何加强对施工分包商的安全管理与监督等四个方面,阐述了加强对施工分包商安全管理的对策,以期为从事工程总承包业务的企业和人员提供一些借鉴。

The effective safety management on constructors is a substantial measure to ensure the project completed on schedule and guarantee the construction safety in EPC enterprises. This paper represents the measures for improving the safety management on subcontractors through three aspects of strengthening self-management of safety, carefully selecting subcontractors, enhancing the guidance and supervision on subcontractors to use as reference for the enterprises and individuals in EPC business.
