摘要
石油钻机井场联调中,钻井泵试验属于一种高危作业。笔者结合多年的工作实践,提出了一种基于变频器控制技术的方案,在钻机联调试验中,根据事先设定的压力值,通过司钻房操作键盘开关控制变频器的启停、正转或反转、转速,达到远程调整系统压力的目的,可以在保证试验安全的前提下实现钻井泵及高压管汇远程控制,大大降低了高压试验时的人身安全风险。
Oil rig wellsite adjustment,drilling pump test is a high-risk operations.The author combines old working practice,proposed one kind based on the inverter control technology programme,in the rig in the transfer test,according to the preset pressure value,the driller operation keyboard switch control the start and stop,the positive rotation or reverse rotation,speed,distance to adjust the system pressure reaches the purpose,can guarantee test safety is the precondition of drilling pump and the high pressure manifold remote control,greatly reduces the high voltage test of safety risk.
