通过对某火电项目锅炉钢结构制造缺陷情况的总结分析,找出引起钻孔偏移过大、焊接缺陷的原因主要是工艺、加工过程及管理不规范所致,并介绍了为防止该问题发生应采取的管理及技术措施。

Through summarizing and analyzing the manufacturing defect of a steel structured boiler in a power plant,this paper discovered the key reason that caused large offset of borehole and defects of welding are errors in technique,process,or management.And it introduced management and technical measures to prevent those problems.
