The Emergence of Theory of Governmental Administration and Its Adaptation to China's Reality

政府治理理论在西方的兴起有其必然性。开放的中国处在开放的世界体系中,全球化这一全人类共同面对的现实同样对中国产生影响,同样对中国政府的治理提出挑战。中国政府从自身实际出发,即市场经济体制的不断完善和全球化的冲击,吸取西方国家政府治理的成功经验,提出新的治理思路并提炼出一些适合中国的治理理念,这既是对中国当前面临问题的回应,也是对政府治理理论的充实和完善。

The governance theory is very popular in west countries. China now is in the open system of the world,the globaliztion has impact on China undoutedly. Thus,Chinese government must learn from the successful experiesce from west countries. Based on China's reality, Chinese government has to put forward a proper governnace therory applied to China while the market system becomes more and more mature. This is not only a must for the government to respond to current problems, but also an improvement of the governnace theroy.
