国际资本流动新趋势下的引资策略探析

A Study on Attracting Foreign Capital Under the New Trend of International Capital Transfer

国际经济形势和社会环境在近期发生了许多变化,国际资本流动也随之变化,主要表现在资本流动规模有所减少,发达国家之间的内部出现调整,间接投资有了长足增长且波动剧烈,国际资本流动的风险加大等。这些特点的形成原因是由于各国经济实力发生了变化、国际汇率和股市变动异常以及金融创新和金融自由化的趋势加快、国际反垄断力量的增强等。面对国际资本流动的新形势以及我国目前的情况,应当采取正确的措施,有效地引进外资,其中包括建立金融风险防范体系以及"走出去"战略等。

In recent years, with the changes of international economic situation and social environment, the international capital flowing have been changing, such as the reducing of scope of capital flowing, adjusting interior structure of developed country, and increasing and fluctuating indirect investment greatly. The reasons are the change of economic strength of countries, abnormal change of exchange rate and stock market, rapid development of financial innovation, and the increase of power against monopoly. Facing new station of international capital flow and Chinese condition, we should adopt right measures including setting up keeping-up financial risk system and using going-out strategies.
