一种新型丙烯聚合催化剂的研究

Development of A novel Catalyst for Propylene Polymerization

阐述在一定的条件下制备了一种新型的用于丙烯聚合的负载型Ziegler/Natta催化剂,在此催化剂体系中添加了一种新的内给电子体BN,结果表明:此种催化剂具有催化活性高,粒度非常集中,聚合得到的聚丙烯细粉少,此催化剂氢调敏感,等规度可调,聚合物性能好等特点。

A novel supported Ziegler/Natta catalyst for propylene polymerization was prepared under certain conditions,then a new internal electron donor BN was added into the catalyst system.The results show that: the catalyst has high catalytic activity;polypropylene prepared by the catalyst has well particle size distribution and properties,and its isotacticity can be controlled.
