摘要
乙烯装置及主要单元设备均需在一定范围的操作条件下安全、稳定地运转。当在某些因素影响下不能保证装置或单元设备的安全操作时,则必须紧急停车,以保装置和单元设备的安全。
Ethylene plant and main equipments need suitable operating conditions for safe and stable run,when they can not be ensured to operate safely,the emergency shutdown should be carried out to guarantee safety of the plant and unit.
