摘要 触变性水泥浆被认为是目前解决恶性井漏问题的一项重要技术手段。而WLJ生物聚合物凭借其独特的理化性质可以给予水泥浆良好的触变性能和较强的悬浮能力以及较好的稳定性。本文重点研究WLJ对不同固井液体系的流变性能(特别是触变性)、抗压强度、析水等性能的影响规律,并进行全面评价和优选配方。试验结果表明:WLJ对低密度固井液的影响效果较好,且随着WLJ量的增加,固井液体系的析水量降低,触变性和剪切稀释性增强,而且钠土对WLJ触变性固井液体系有积极影响。本文的研究对建立新型的触变性固井液而有效解决井漏问题、提高堵漏工作和固井质量具有重要意义。 Thixotropic slurry is an important technical means to solve serious lost circulation problem.And Welan gum biopolymer with unique physical and chemical properties can give the slurry good thixotropic performance,strong suspended ability and better stability.In this paper,influence law of Welan gum on rheological properties(especially thixotropy),compressive strength,free water of different cementing slurry systems was studied,overall evaluation and formula optimization were carried out.The experiment results show that the influencing effect of Welan gum on low density stationary liquid is better,and along with the increase of Welan gum's content,the water filtration of cementing slurry system is reduced and the thixotropy and shear-dilution property is enhanced,in the meantime sodium bentonite has a positive impact on Welan gum-thixotropic cementing slurry system.The study has an important significance to establish new thixotropy cementing liquid and effectively solve the problem of well leak,improve leaking stoppage work and cementing quality.
