加酸运行提高循环水浓缩倍数的水质稳定研究

摘要 通过多次室内旋转挂片腐蚀试验和阻垢试验,不断优化缓蚀阻垢剂配方,研究出适合于加酸条件下循环水的优质缓蚀阻垢剂。通过小型动态模拟试验评定了该配方在加酸运行高浓缩倍数下的缓蚀阻垢效果,并在循环水场进行了工业应用试验。该缓蚀阻垢剂在加酸条件下,浓缩倍数达到7.24时,系统运行稳定,水质情况良好,药剂缓蚀阻垢效果达到中石化现场监测评价指标的"很好"级。 Through many indoor spin hanging piece corrosion tests and scale inhibition tests,the corrosion inhibitor formula wasimproved;a high quality corrosion inhibitor of circulating water in acidity conditions was developed.Through small dynamicsimulation test,corrosion and scale inhibition effect of the formula in acid under high concentration ratio was assessed,and itsindustrial application test was carried out.The results show that when the corrosion inhibitor is used in acid conditions and theconcentration ratio reaches 7.24,the system operation is stable,and the water quality is good,the corrosion and scale inhibition effectcan reach to 'very good' class in Sinopec site monitoring evaluation index.
