摘要
河南龙宇煤化工有限公司DCS人员在点检中发现热电NM33/34下的HPM17 SF报警,I/OLINK A缆故障。后经厂家分析认为可能是控制系统接地电阻过大造成。经对各系统接地电阻进行检测和统计,发现确有个别接地电阻阻值过大。在DCS系统中,接地是抑制噪声和防止干扰的主要方法。当接地系统发生问题时,会造成人员的触电伤害及设备的损坏。因此,完善、可靠、正确的接地,是DCS系统能够安全、可靠和良好运行的关键。
In He’nan Longyu Coal Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.,worker found HPM17 SF alarm during spot inspection,I/O LINK A cable arose fault.Through the analysis,the breakdown may be caused by bigger grounding resistance.The detection and statistic results of grounding resistors showed that individual grounding resistance was indeed too large.In DCS system,the ground connection is key means to curb noise and prevent interference.The fault of ground connection system can cause fatal accidents.So perfect ground connection is a key factor to ensure DCS system safe and reliable.
