摘要
以对苯二甲酸二甲酯和乙醇胺为原料,经缩合、氯化和闭环三步反应制得1,4-亚苯基双恶唑啉(1,4-PBO),三步反应的收率分别是92.6%、96.3%和80.2%。本工艺采用的原料价格低廉,工艺条件温和易控,降低了产品成本。
1,4-Phenylene bisoxazoline(1,4-PBO) was prepared from dimethyl terephthalate and ethanolamine via condensation,chlorination,and cyclization reaction,yields of three step processes were 92.6%,96.3% and 80.2%.This process has advantages of inexpensive raw materials and mild process conditions.
