摘要
探索了一种将木片用10 g/dm3的NaOH溶液预浸后,在2.5 MPa下,保温5 min后爆破,从中抽提的纤维素成分(葡萄糖聚合度大约是500)转换成纸浆的制浆方法。此方法没有废水产生,并对用这种方法制出的纸浆的各项物理性质进行了分析评估。这种纸浆的物理性质几乎与普通的硬木纸浆相同。
A new pulping method has been developed.The impregnation of wood chips is carried out with 10 g/dm-3 sodium hydroxide(NaOH)solution,then these wood chips are placed in reaction vessel under 2.5 MPa for 5 min,and are blasted by decompression,at last the cellulose ingredient(glucose polymerization degree about 500) are extracted from these wood chips to transform paper pulp.This method does not produce waste water.Physical properties of paper pulp prepared by this method have been analyzed.The results show that physical properties of this kind of paper pulp are as same as those of paper pulp prepared by ordinary methods.
