摘要
采用SPS仿真软件建立某天然气长输管道的物理仿真模型,基于模型具有一定精度和可靠性的基础上,利用其特有的短管组件模拟空冷器来进行出站温度调节,分析出站温度调节对输量的影响。分析研究结果表明,当天然气出站温度低于42℃或介于70-80℃时,出站温度调节对输量影响很小,当天然气出站温度介于54-70℃时,出站温度调节对输量影响较小,因此都不利于冷却输送。当天然气出站温度介于42-54℃时,出站温度调节对输量影响较大,利于冷却输送。当天然气的出站温度为40℃和70℃时,输量的增加量为21.12×104m3/d,即单位天时间内管道的输送能力提高21.12×104m3。
SPS software was used to establish the simulation model of a long distance natural gas pipeline.Because the model has certain accuracy and reliability,the unique short tube assembly of SPS software can simulate air-cooled system to regulate the out-station temperature.Then influence of the out-station temperature on transmission capacity was analyzed.The results show that: when the out-station temperature is below 42 ℃ or in the range of 70 ~ 80 ℃,the out-station temperature regulation function has very little effect on the flux;when the out-station temperature is in the range of 54 ~ 70 ℃,the out-station temperature regulation function has little effect on the flux;therefore they have not the advantage of cooling transportation.When the out-station temperature is in the range of 42 ~ 54 ℃,the out-station temperature regulation function has very large effect on the flux,which has the advantage of cooling transportation.When the out-station temperature is in the range of 40 ~ 70 ℃,the pipeline transportation capability increases by 21.12×104 m3/d.
