Development of Sheath Materials of Sentinel Solid Cable for Offshore Exploration

海上勘探Sentinel固体电缆护层材料的维修普遍采用的是进口产品,给实际生产带来诸如成本高、备件少、供货周期长、效率低等困难。中海油田服务有限公司研制固体电缆护层材料国产化后,使得固缆的维修技术支持更加便捷,为生产部门提供更高效的技术维修服务,其成功地研制出聚氨基甲酸乙酯弹性纤维替代进口的固体电缆护层材料,并在海上勘探中得到了初步应用,验证了所研制的固体电缆护层材料能够满足实际海上勘探生产作业的技术要求。

Maintenance of offshore exploration Sentinel solid cable sheath materials generally used imported products;there are many difficulties in the practical production,such as high cost,few spare parts,long order cycle and low efficiency.China oilfield services limited has developed a solid cable sheath material,which can make solid cable maintenance technical support more convenient,provide more efficient maintenance services for the production sector.The polyurethane elastic fiber was successfully developed to replace imported solid cable sheath materials,and was used in offshore exploration.The results show that the developed solid cable sheath material can meet requirements of actual offshore exploration and production.
