ED型活性染料轧染稳定性探讨

A Study on Property of ED Reactive Dyes in Pad Dyeing

通过纸层析法得到Remazol、Cibacron、Everzol类活性染料的比移值(Rf),研究其同步上染性。结果表明:Everzol ED型活性染料比移值在不同浓度中差距较小,染液比较稳定,色相容易控制;在相同浓度下Everzol ED型染料的Rf值较大,对纤维素的亲和力较小,适合作为轧染染料。

Properties of simultaneous dyeing were studied by the rate of flow(R_f) values of Remazol,Cibacron and Everzol reactive dyes tested by paper chromatography.The results showed that the gap of the Rf of Everzol ED reactive dyes was smaller at different concentration;the dye solution was stable and the hue was easy to control;the Rf of Everzol ED reactive dyes was larger at the same concentration,the affinity for cellulose of them was smaller and they were suitable for pad dyeing.
