高效液相色谱法测定分析周位酸及其有机杂质含量的方法研究

A Study on Determination and Analysis of Peri-acid and Its Impurities by HPLC

本文建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)定量分析周位酸及其有机杂质含量的方法。使用二极管阵列检测器确定了检测波长。通过对流动相等色谱条件的优化,确定了本方法的实验条件。采用峰面积内标法对周位酸及其有机杂质进行了定量。对该方法的准确度、精密度及响应值的线性范围进行了测定,验证了该方法的可行性。

High-performance liquid chromatography was employed for the analysis of the contents of peri-acid and its impurities.The suitable detection wavelength was determined by using PDA.The suitable chromatography conditions were obtained by optimizing mobile phase and so on.Peri-acid and its impurities were quantified with internal standard method.The accuracy,the precision and the linear range of response values of the method were determined and the feasibility of the method was verified.
