摘要
本文通过多次试验建立了对2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醛含量进行测定的反相高效液相色谱法,采用SHM-PACK CLC-ODS色谱柱,以乙腈∶1%冰乙酸水溶液60∶40(V/V)的混合液作为流动相,UV检测器波长为236nm。在0.02mg/mL～1.00 mg/mL范围内,r=0.9999,该方法平均回收率为100.11%,变异系数为0.13%。
An analytical method of 2,4,6-Trimethylbenzaldehyde by RP-HPLC was established.The following chromatographic conditions were used in the experiments:SHMPACK CLC-ODS column,the mixture of acetonitrile and water(60∶ 40)was as mobile phase.UV at 236nm.The linear range of Mesitaldehyde was 30.0~66.0mg/50ml(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.11%,and the RSD was 0.13%.
