超声波技术应用于PLA织物低温染色

摘要 本文研究了PLA分散染料超声波低温染色新技术。结果表明,最佳染色条件为:功率密度0.444 W/cm2,染色温度80℃,染色时间30分钟。超声波低温染色后的色牢度与常规染色相当,PLA织物染色后的强力损伤明显降低。 Ultrasound for dyeing PLA at low-temperature with disperse dyes was studied.The results showed that the optimum dyeing conditions were power density 0.444 W/cm2,dyeing temperature 80 ℃ and dyeing time 30 minutes.The color fastness of ultrasonic low-temperature dyeing matched that of the conventional dyeing;the strength damage of PLA fabric dyed by ultrasonic low-temperature dyeing was significantly reduced.
