摘要
N-烷基取代的4-氯-3-氨基苯磺酰胺类化合物是制备特殊领域酸性染料、分散染料的重要中间体。本文对4-氯-3-氨基苯磺酰胺以及N-烷基取代的系列化合物的合成路线及优缺点进行了评价。在制备磺酰氯时用氯化亚砜代替氯磺酸,大大减少了工业废酸。还原时通过催化加氢来取代铁粉或硫化钠,提高了收率,节能环保。
N-Alkyl substituted 3-amino-4-chloro-benzenesulfonamides were important intermediates for preparing acid dyes and disperse dyes in peculiar field.The synthesis routes and their advantages and disadvantages of 4-chloro-3-aminobenzenesulfonamide and its N-alkyl substituted compounds were evaluated.Chlorosulfonic acid was replaced by thionyl chloride in the preparation of sulfonic acid chloride and industrial waste acid was reduced largely.Sodium sulfide reduction or iron powder reduction were instead by hydrogenation reduction,the yield was improved with energy saving and environmental protection.
