摘要
活性染料染色中存在的色污染和盐污染问题一直是困扰染整工作者的难题。生物质基材料在防治活性染料染色废水研究中具有举足轻重的作用。本文从生物质基材料用于棉纤维阳离子化改性以降低染色盐污染和色污染,以及作为吸附剂/絮凝剂用于处理染色废水两方面的研究进行论述,探讨生物质基材料在预防和治理活性染料染色污染两个方面的研究现状及发展趋势。研究表明生物质基材料在解决活性染料染色污染中有着广阔的应用前景。
Dyeing and finishing chemists have always been plagued by the problem of color and salt pollution in reactive dyeing.Biomass material plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of reactive dyeing pollution.The biomass-based materials were discussed from two aspects: modification of cotton fibers with the materials to reduce salt pollution and color contamination;and usage of them as adsorbents/flocculants to deal with the dyeing wastewater.The research status and development trend of biomass-based materials were reviewed from the prevention and treatment of the dyeing pollution.The study showed that biomass-based materials had broad application prospects in solving reactive dyeing pollution.
