摘要
以Ⅱ级粉煤灰替代水泥配制高掺量粉煤灰混凝土,在力学试验研究的基础上,利用显微测试手段,探讨了高掺量的粉煤灰在混凝土水化进程中的影响特征。结果表明:粉煤灰对混凝土后期抗压强度的贡献明显,粉煤灰的密实填充作用效果显著。另外,由于粉煤灰大量替代水泥,使混凝土28 d后水化未完全,仍有继续发展的趋势。
High fly-ash content concrete was prepared by using Ⅱ grade fly-ash in place of cement,and the hydration characteristics of high content fly-ash during concrete's hydration process was discussed by microanalysis technology on the basis of the mechanical test.The results show that fly-ash contribute remarkably for the later age strength of concrete,and its dense packing effect is also obvious.In addition,the concrete's hydration is not complete and tend to develop deeply owing to the large replacement of fly-ash.
