摘要 研究了机制砂最大粒径、细度模数、含泥量对砂浆物理力学性能的影响,并与同配比天然中砂砂浆做了对比。结果表明:当机制砂最大粒径由0.6 mm逐级增加到4.75 mm,砂浆表观密度呈现规律性减小,稠度增加,保水性降低,强度变化不明显。机制砂细度模数增加,稠度增加明显,砂浆保水性和密度、强度降低,且细度模数对砂浆强度的影响超过最大粒径对强度的影响。含泥量增加,砂浆表观密度不变,稠度略微降低,强度随含泥量增加而显著降低,在相同细度模数和级配的情况下,机制砂含泥量增加将导致砂浆干缩值增加。 Influences of the maximum diameter,fineness modulus and clay content of manufactured sand on the physical and mechanical properties of mortar were researched,using natural sand as a comparison.The results show that with the maximum diameter increasing from 0.6mm to 4.75mm gradually,apparent density of mortar decreases regularly.Besides,consistency increases and water retention rate declines to some extent while strength stays at the same level.When fineness modulus value rose up,consistency increases significantly while water retention rate and density decrease.Fineness modulus' influence on mortar strength is more significant than the maximum diameter's influence.Apparent density stays level and consistency only lowers slightly when clay content of mortar is increasing.However,mortar strength declines sharply.At the same level of fineness modulus and gradation of manufactured sand,increase in clay content leads to the increase in mortar's drying shrinkage values.
