摘要
烧结污泥页岩砖是一种新型环保节能材料,为了研究污泥掺量对烧结污泥页岩砖抗压强度的影响,采用对比试验,通过对不同污泥掺量的五组烧结成品的抗压强度的检测与对比,找到了原料中合理的污泥掺量。试验结果表明:在相同实验条件下,随着污泥掺量在烧结污泥页岩砖中的增加,砖体的抗压强度显著降低;为了最大程度的实现污泥资源化利用,烧结污泥页岩砖中污泥的质量百分数控制在30%最佳。
Sintering sludge-shale brick is a new kind of environmental protection and energy saving material.In order to study the different sludge content on the influence of sintering sludge-shale bricks′compressive strength,through the experiment and comparison to the finished products of the five groups of the sludge content with the method of contrast test,the reasonable content is found.The result shows that the compressive strength of the brick decreases sharply with the increasing of the sludge content in the same experimental conditions.In order to realize the greatest degree of sludge utilization,the best sludge content of sintering sludge-shale brick is 30%.
