钻井井筒壁后砂浆充填材料配制研究及其应用

Preparation and application of mortar on wall back filling of bored shaft

针对特厚冲积层钻井井壁壁后充填的施工条件和性能要求,提出了钻井井筒壁后充填水泥砂浆的配制原则和配制途径。在大量的试验的基础上选择了原材料,进行了水泥砂浆的配制试验,得到了优化配合比,并成功的应用到工程中。

Aiming at constructing condition and performance requirement on wall back filling of bored shaft in special deep alluvium,the preparation principal and preparation approach of mortar on wall back filling of bored shaft.On the base of a great deal test,the raw and processed materials are chose and preparation tests of mortar.The optimizing mixing rations are gained and have been successfully applied in engineering practice.
