The 4th Amendment to the Constitution has clearly applied the concept of 'private property', which makes it more complete to protect the private property and also provides more constitutional evidences for the establishment and protection of the citi- zen's private property. In this article, the author will elaborate that the 4th Amendment to the Constitution is not only some provi- sions written in the book, but the citizen's essential rights which they should enjoy of course and should be fully protected through constitution. The constitution acquires nation power to provide citizens with full protection.
