学生的学习兴趣和意志品质属于非智力因素的范畴。在注重开发学生智力、拓展学生创造力的今天,我们除了要抓好学生的智力因素即注意力、观察力、记忆力、想象力、思惟力之外,非智力因素的培养也是十分重要的,在平时的教学中我们往往会忽略这一点,因而造成事倍功半的遗憾。所以本文从心理学的角度出发结合教学经验阐述学习兴趣和意志品质的重要性,并结合平时的教学体会谈谈自己在英语课中培养学生学习兴趣和训练学生意志品质的做法。

Students' study interest and will quality are not categories with non-intelligence.In the days of emphasing to devel- op students' intelligence and expand students' creatibity,the non- intelligence factor is very important except the factors such as at- tention,outsight,memory,imagination and thought,but we neglect this often among teaching of usual,therefore causes the re- gret of getting half the result with twice the effort.So this text explains study interest and the impirtance of will quality with teaching experience to proceed from psychological angle,and combine the teaching at ordinary times and realize and discuss that is training stu- dents to study the interest and train students what method will quality is by oneself.Visit and cast a brick to attract jade and get the making corrections of the counterparts.
