先天性心脏病的产前筛查及诊断 被引量：13

摘要 先天性心脏病(简称先心病)是所有胎儿畸形中最常见的一种,发生率约为8 ‰,其中严重先心病的发生率约为4 ‰[1].由于产后手术的复杂及困难,导致了极高的死亡率及婴幼儿患病率.据统计,死胎死产中严重先心病占20%,先天性缺陷新生儿死亡中严重先心病占30%,儿童期死亡病例中先心病超过半数.故产前及时发现、及时诊断、及时干预处理非常重要.
