肝硬化增生结节和小肝癌的超声造影特征研究 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨肝硬化背景中小肝癌(SHCC)和增生结节(DN)的超声造影特征。方法应用实时超声造影技术观察48例肝硬化背景下局灶性病变,其中SHCC28例,DN20例,分析总结不同性质病灶的增强特点。结果 23例SHCC(23/28,82.1%)超声造影表现为"快进快出",5例SHCC(5/28,17.9%)表现为"快进慢出";DN多数与周边肝实质同步增强。SHCC组开始增强时间、达峰时间、峰值强度减半时间均早于DN组(P<0.05);SHCC组峰值强度高于DN组(P<0.05)。结论超声造影有助于鉴别肝硬化背景下DN与SHCC,对临床有重要意义。
