淋巴管畸形合并乳糜泻一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女,41岁,因腹泻9年入院.患者于9年前因肠系膜上动脉瘤,在当地医院行肠系膜上动脉瘤切除,人工血管搭桥术.术后因腹腔感染先后2次剖腹探查、胰腺坏死灶清除、腹腔脓肿引流术治疗.
