摘要 电石与水反应生成乙炔,乙炔除杂质后与氯化氢混合后进入转化器进行反应,反应在装有氯化汞和活性炭为催化剂的列管内进行。改进转化器列管内结构,使流体流动状态改变,管中心温度降低,提高触媒使用寿命,提高单台转化器生产能力。在我国目前很多用电石法制氯乙烯的厂家的情况下值得推广应用。 During synthesis of vinyl chloride by the calcium carbide-acetylene method,calcium carbide reacts with water to generate acetylene,purified acetylene is mixed with hydrogen chloride,then they react in the converter tube with mercuric chloride and activated carbon as catalysts.In this paper,structure of the converter tube was improved,fluid-flow state was changed,which reduced center temperature in the tube to improve the catalyst life and production capacity of a single converter.Currently in China,the improved converter should be widely applied in manufacturers which product vinyl chloride by the calcium carbide-acetylene method.
