Technical Transformation of the Electric Dust Collector

电除尘作为半水煤气的净化重要组成部分,担负着煤气除尘净化的任务,原设计除尘效果不佳,造成对整个系统、特别是对螺杆式煤气压缩机、离心式原料气压缩机不能安全稳定运行。针对此情况,对电除尘装置进行了技术改造,并取得了良好的效果。

The electric dust collector is important equipment during semi-water gas purification,loading dust removal and purification task of coal gas.Dust removing effect of the original design is not good,which can cause the whole system be not safe and stable,especially the screw gas compressor,centrifugal type raw gas compressor.In view of this situation,the technological transformation of the electric dust removal device has been carried out,and good results have been achieved.
