Hourly output of multiple slurry gasifier directly affects the economic efficiency of enterprises.There are many factors to affect the hourly output,such as quality of grinding coal slurry,coal slurry concentration,coal particle size of solid particles in slurry,coal slurry pressure,oxygen purity,oxygen pressure,oxygen temperature,oxygen-carbon ratio,gasification temperature,vapor pressure,raw coal ash melting point and so on.In this paper,in order to improve hourly output,above factors were discussed.
