摘要
以莫109-莫北转油站输油管线为例,通过对整个生产过程因设计原因导致的生产难题进行分析,并结合该站实际工艺,得出该管道正处于低输量运行状态;并根据该外输管道的实际输送工况,提出了掺水输送工艺的可行性;最后在保证平稳外输的前提下,通过实际探索和科学计算实现了最佳的外输参数,同时对工艺提出了合理的改造,对同类型的地面开发工程具有积极地借鉴意义。
Taking Mo 109-Mo north pipeline as an example,through analysis of production problems caused by design reasons during entire production,and combined with the actual process of the station,it's found that the pipeline was in the running status of low throughput;and according to the actual transport conditions,feasibility of the watered transportation technology was discussed.Finally,under the premise to ensure smooth external transmission,the best external transmission parameters were gained by exploration and scientific computing,at the same time a reasonable transformation process was put forward,which can provide some references for the same type of ground development projects.
