摘要
采用缺氧/好氧膜生物反应器(A/O-MBR)工艺处理模拟生活污水,考察了不同SRT(10d、30 d、60 d)条件下反应器的运行效能。COD、NH4+-N、MLSS等通过常规分析方法测定。在A/O-MBR工艺中,COD和NH4+-N的去除率分别95.8%和98.2%以上,可见SRT对二者的去除无明显影响;SRT为60 d时总氮去除效率最高,均为79.2%,同步硝化反硝化现象明显;反应器内污泥浓度随SRT延长而增加,但其增长趋势却随SRT的延长急剧减弱。试验结果表明,当污泥龄为60 d时废水中污染物整体去除效果最佳,同时污泥减量效果最明显。
A study was conducted to investigate the removal efficiency of A/O-MBR under different SRTs(10d,30d,60d) by using synthetic wastewater.COD,NH4+-N and MLSS were determined by conventional analytical methods.In the study the average removal rate of COD and NH4+-N were all above 95.8% and 98.2%,so SRT had no obvious influences on the removal of COD and NH4+-N;TN gained the highest removal rate and reached 79.2% when the SRT was 60d,which happened simultaneous nitrification and denitrification obviously;MLSS increased along with the extending of SRT,but the growth rate became sharp decline.The results of this study suggest that 60 d is an appropriate SRT according the whole removal efficiency of pollutant in wastewater,and the effect of sludge reduction is distinct.
