摘要
利用石油气液管路两相流理论,结合目前国内外较新的两相流理论和试验研究成果,在描述气液两相管流的流型判断和压降计算的数学物理模型的基础上,研制出了适用于原油/伴生气、凝析气/凝液在管道中的混输,以及垂直井筒环空两相流压降及井底流压的计算软件。对该软件的结构、功能、适用范围做了介绍,用该软件对某实际管线和井筒的压降进行了计算,并与实测数据进行了对比。实际应用表明,该软件的功能完善、操作方便、计算结果可靠,能满足气液混输管线的设计计算和生产管理的需要。
Combined with the latest two-phase flow theory and experimental research results,based on a mathematical model of the flow pattern judgment in the description of the gas-liquid two-phase pipe flow and pressure drop calculation,the calculation software of two-phase flow for mixed transportation of crude oil / associated gas,condensate gas / condensate in the pipeline as well as the vertical wellbore annulus two-phase pressure drop and bottom hole flowing pressure was developed by using the gas-liquid piping two-phase flow theory.Structure,function,and application scope of the software were introduced,an actual pipeline and wellbore pressure drop were calculated by the software,and calculated results were compared with the measured data.The practical application shows that the software is functional perfection,easy to operate;the calculated results are reliable,and can meet the requirement of design calculation and production management of gas-liquid mixture transportation pipelines.
