摘要
本文对活性蓝BF合成过程中的各工序进行了深层次分析探讨,并对工艺条件进行了优化。实现了原浆喷雾干燥的无工艺废水清洁生产工艺,所得产品的质量达国际先进水平。
Every steps of the synthetic process of Reactive Blue BF were studied deeply and the conditions were optimized.A clean production process without process-wastewater was achieved by reaction solution spray drying.The quality of Reactive Blue BF reached the international advanced level.
