C.I.颜料红224颜料化工艺改进

摘要 本文着重对C.I.颜料红224的颜料化工艺进行了改进。选用80%醋酸为颜料化介质,液固比15∶1,颜料化温度104~106℃的颜料化工艺,过滤得到的滤饼直接真空烘干。与传统的浓硫酸酸胀的工艺相比,解决了废酸水的污染问题,收率大幅提高,产品质量达到国外标准品质量。 The pigmentation of C.I.Pigment Red 224 was improved.3,4,9,10-Perylene tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride(PTCDA) was treated by 80% acetic acid with the liquid-solid ratio 15∶ 1 at 104~106℃,and the filter cake was directly dried by vacuum drying.Compared with the traditional sulfuric acid process,the new process solved the problem of waste acid and the yield was increased.The quality of product could match that of imported standard.
