多效合一低温助剂在纱线染色前处理中的应用

Application of Multifunction Auxiliaries in Pretreatment of Yarn Dyeing

在前处理过程中采用多效合一低温助剂代替现在的烧碱、双氧水、精练剂、螯合剂、氧漂稳定剂,既可降低生产成本又减轻了操作工人的劳动强度。实验表明,使用多效合一低温助剂能获得良好的毛效、撕破强力、匀染性和缩水率,提高了批量生产的质量。

By replacing caustic soda,hydrogen peroxide,scouring agent,chelating agent and hydrogen peroxide bleaching stabilizer with a multifunction agent in pretreatment of yarn dyeing,the cost of production was reduced and the work intensity was decreased.The experiments showed that better capillary effect,breaking strength,levelness and shrinkage were obtained by using the multifunction auxiliary.It improved the quality of mass production.
