摘要
建立了气相色谱法测定苯胺及有机杂质含量的方法。用毛细管色谱柱进行分离,用氢火焰离子化检测器检测,峰面积归一化法定量计算。结果表明:本方法灵敏度高,分析结果准确可靠,且分析时间较短,适合对苯胺及其杂质含量的测定。
A determination method for aniline and impurities in aniline was established based on gas chromatography.The samples were separated by capillary column,determined by hydrogen flame ionization detector and quantified by peak area normalization method.The experimental results showed that the method has high sensitivity and accuracy with short analysis period.The method was suitable for determination of aniline and organic impurities in it.
