摘要
师范教育的培养目标就是为中学提供合格的师资。但调查显示,目前的教育模式与中学教学的实际需求无论在教材、课程设置、教学手段还是教学内容上都存在脱节现象。师范教育改革的关键是与中学教学的实践相衔接,只有这样才能真正培养出中学所需的师资人才。
The purpose of teacher-training education is to provide qualified teachers for middle schools, yet the investigation shows that the present education pattern can not meet the real demands of middle schools in teaching materials, arrangement of causes teaching methods and teaching contents. The key of reform for teacher-training education is to link up the practical education in middle schools to train qualitied teachers really needed by middle schools.
