The Safety Assessment of Avermectins and Emamectin Benzoate for the Maize Seedlings According to Chlorophyll Contents

在人工气候培养箱中,待玉米幼苗长至三叶一心时,在第三叶片上涂抹30μL的各浓度的阿维菌素和甲维盐,24 h后测定叶绿素的含量。结果表明,阿维菌素浓度为600～1 200倍,甲维盐浓度为500～1 000倍时,它们对玉米安全。

In this paper,the safety of the avermectins and emamectin benzoate insecticides to maize seedlings were assessed by measured the chlorophyll content.The maize seeds were planted in air-conditioned growth cabinets.When the seedlings had three fully expanded leaves,the third young leaf of each seedling was smeared with 30μL insecticides.Measurements were done at the 24 hours after the insecticides were used.The results showed that avermectins and emamectin benzoate which concentration were between 600 to 1200 times and 500 to 1000 times respectively,were safe for the maize seedlings.
