阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂的化学稳定性评价

摘要 建立HPLC法评价阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂的化学稳定性。以外标法为基础,色谱柱为150 mm×3.9 mm(i.d.)的不锈钢柱,内装Nova-PakC_(18),5μm填充物,流动相组成为甲醇:乙腈:水=25:55:20,检测波长为245 nm,流速:1.0 mL/min。回归方程:y=1.69×10~7×x+1 667,相关系数:r=0.999 9,标准偏差:0.03%(n=5)。该方法简便、快速、准确、重观性好,适用于阿维菌素做囊悬浮刑的化学稳定性的评价。 A HPLC method was established for the evaluation of abamectin CS chemical stability.The chrcxnatographic conditions were as follows:a variable wavelength UV detector;column:150 mm×3.9 mm(i.d.) stainless steel column filled Nova-PakC18,5 um(or equivalent effect column);mobile phase:methanol:acetonitrile:water=25:55:20;detection wavelength:245nm;flow rate:1.0 mL/min.Regression equation:y=1.69×10~7×x+1667,r=0.9999,SD=0.03%(n=5).This method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible and it is appropriate for the evaluation of abamectin CS chemical stability.
