一次采全高工作面矿压观测与显现规律

摘要 一次采全高的工作面采高增大,顶板活动空间增大、基本顶悬臂梁结构弯距加大,而使工作面上覆岩层冒落高度、裂隙带高度、工作面超前支承压力、侧向支承压力等都发生变化。以三元王庄煤业3043工作面一次采全高为例,通过钻孔窥视仪及矿压观测仪对其顶板岩性、矿压数据进行认真分析,得出了准确的岩层分布情况、矿压显现规律、回采巷道表面位移规律工作面的建议措施,能为推进煤矿一次采全高综采技术提供依据。 On the working face of overall height mining of coal seam in one time,the more mining height is,the bigger movement space of roof and the bigger bending moment of cantilever structure.Collapsing height and crack strip height of overburden strata,front abutment,and side support stress changed too.Taking 3043 working face of Wangzhuang mine as an example,the borehole camera and ground pressure observation instrument were used to analyze roof rock and pressure data and to conclude the rock strata distribution,strata behavior,surface movement in caving roadways,which could provide evidence for the technology improvement.
